The Pasay City Library is only one floor. It houses a vast array of collection of  books from students textbooks to and many more. This library has grown to become the center of learning for the Pasay residents as it caters to all walks to life. Most of their patrons are grade school, high school and college students.

This library is active with serving the community especially the students. This library is committed to providing quality, adequate and efficient library resources to all its patrons.
