The Marikina City Library is a 3-storey building at the heart of the city. The library’s first floor is for the periodicals. The second floor is for the children’s section, the administration office of the library, and the computer area. The third floor houses the general collection, law collection and general references. It is connected to the National Library’s Database, using Koha as its online public access catalog or OPAC for the library users.

It offers audio and video materials apart from the wide selection of books for the children. It has a playful and colorful interior for the curious li’l kiddos excited to learn. The library’s services include seminars, workshops, activities and field trips.
