This library aspires to provide a variety of informational, cultural, recreational needs to sustain the literacy of the Manila citizens. It is their mission to provide free access to resources, materials and their services to support the opportunities to get together and
The collections are cataloged using the Dewey Decimal system and the National Library’s Online Public Access Catalog called “Koha”. The library has free wifi and is fully air-conditioned.
