The Malabon City Library is situated around the city plaza. It’s a pink 2 storey building. It houses a diverse collection of  books – academic resources, children’s books and many more. The collections are cataloged in the Dewey Decimal System using the National Library’s Online Public Access Catalog called “Koha”. This library has grown to become the center of learning for the Malabon residents as it caters to all walks to life.

This library offers book mobile services to public schools and barangay libraries,  book-to-movie-adaptations film showing, storytelling sessions, puppet-shows, parol-making, valentine’s day card making, halloween costume competition, and feeding-program and gift-giving.
